Welcome to Bsion AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application Bsion AI Image & Video Maker (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Our App may use anonymous authentication, allowing you to use certain features without creating a traditional account. However, you are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Certain features of our Services require payment through in-app purchases. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Prices for our Services are displayed in the App and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
The consumer price displayed for a purchase includes applicable value-added tax (VAT) or sales tax where the app marketplace collects such tax. The localized price shown in the marketplace's final confirmation screen is the final amount charged.
If you are a consumer in the Republic of Korea, you may request withdrawal for content that has not been used within seven (7) days from the purchase date. Equivalent or greater rights available under the law of your country or region remain unaffected.
Each purchase is intended to start the selected AI generation immediately after payment confirmation. Once generation has started, or the digital content has otherwise been used or supplied, withdrawal due solely to a change of mind may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation does not restrict remedies for content that was not supplied, is defective, or materially differs from its description.
App Store purchases can be submitted for review at reportaproblem.apple.com. You may also submit a withdrawal, refund, duplicate-charge, or service-delivery inquiry through our Support Center or by email. Please include the marketplace transaction ID, purchase date, purchased item, and reason. Apple processes and pays approved App Store refunds to the original payment method.
Our Services use a pay-per-use model for AI generation. Each purchase grants one use of the selected service and is non-transferable. If payment completes but generation does not begin or the content is not delivered, contact us promptly using the refund methods above.
Bsion AI currently offers one-time consumable purchases only. These purchases are not subscriptions, do not auto-renew, and do not convert from a free trial into a paid plan.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you own the AI-generated content created through your use of our Services. However, we retain the right to use anonymized or aggregated data derived from generated content for service improvement purposes.

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content and Generated Content as described above), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Bsion AI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bsion AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bsion AI regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
