Welcome to Bsion AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application Bsion AI Image & Video Maker (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Certain features of our Services require payment through in-app purchases. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.
Our Services use a pay-per-use model for AI generation. Each purchase grants you one use of the selected service. Unused purchases do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you own the AI-generated content created through your use of our Services. However, we retain the right to use anonymized or aggregated data derived from generated content for service improvement purposes.

The Bsion AI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bsion AI regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
